Anna Duriasz-Jankowska - Advocate
A member of the District Chamber of Advocates in Warsaw since 2001, and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (1996). Anna completed a course in comparative law (University of Strasburg, International Faculty of Comparative Law); (1995), a course in English and European law organised by the British Centre for European Studies at the Warsaw University (1994-1995). She is also a qualified family mediator. Anna is a partner and co-founder of the law firm JFCD Jerschina-Fus, Cichocka, Duriasz. In the years 1996 – 2003, she worked with Backer McKenzie, Drzewiecki i Wspólnicy and Pociej, Dubois i Wspólnicy law firms in Warsaw. In the period from 2003 to 2011, she ran her own law practice.
Her main area of specialisation is legal representation in civil, family and labour law cases. Anna has extensive expertise in construction projects, particularly related to the construction of malls, and provides on-going legal assistance to small and medium enterprises (SME). She advises on commercial and civil law issues, including inheritance and copyright law matters.
