Sylwia Radtke-Cichocka - Legal Counsel

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan. She completed a two-year Diploma Course in English and EU law organised by the Cambridge University and is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw since 2001. Sylwia has many years of experience working with a large Warsaw law firm Pociej, Dubois i Wspólnicy and running her own law practice, where she has provided comprehensive legal services to small and medium enterprises (SME). Sylwia is a partner and co-founder of the law firm JFCD Jerschina-Fus, Cichocka, Duriasz (2011).

She specialises in business law, copyright law, competition law and labour law and provides day-to-day advice to entrepreneurs in relation to their on-going activity and business transactions. Sylwia participates in business negotiations, draws up draft agreements and transaction documents, conducts pre-court conciliatory negotiations, provides advice and representation in court disputes, opines on agreements and prepares legal analyses.
