Joanna Jerschina-Fus - Advocate

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and a member of the District Chamber of Advocates in Warsaw since 2003. Joanna has developed professional expertise as a result of 11 years of co-operation with the renowned Polish law firm Pociej, Dubois i Wspólnicy, where she provided on-going legal services to small and medium enterprises (SME) and handled corporate and criminal law issues, if particular consideration of frauds. In the period from 2005 to 2011, she ran her own law practice. Joanna is a partner and co-founder of the law firm JFCD Jerschina-Fus, Cichocka, Duriasz (2011).

She specialises in business law, family law and criminal law and has extensive experience as legal advisor to entrepreneurs within the scope of their on-going activity and business transactions. Joanna assists and represents clients in court disputes and prepares legal analyses.
